1. Develop a website-based laboratory management information system (LIMS) for Material Assurance Laboratory (MA Lab) that contains information on personnel, equipment and instruments, documents, also available testing services to meet the requirements of a testing laboratory according to the SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. 2. Conduct inspections/evaluations using lab equipment on material and part samples sent by TMMIN suppliers based on material inspection sheets (MIS), part inspection sheets (PIS), and Toyota Technical Standards (TS). 3. Conduct investigations using lab equipment related to problems that occur in materials/parts during the manufacturing process at TMMIN (in-house) or suppliers (outhouse) and judge the results (OK or NG) based on Toyota Technical Standards (TS). 4. Creating a simple application for total productive maintenance (TPM) of Material Assurance Laboratory (MA Lab) instruments which aims to make it easier for lab technicians to reduce man-hour up to 50% and monitor the use of lab instruments digitally, real-time, also paperless.
