As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of our budding and rapidly growing UX consulting firm, I play a pivotal role in shaping our business operations. With a keen focus on nurturing our young organization, I spearhead diverse responsibilities ranging from driving sales and refining invoicing processes to cultivating a cohesive team and formulating strategic blueprints for our future. By leveraging my expertise, I ensure that every facet of our business functions seamlessly, fueling our upward trajectory and paving the way for unparalleled success in the ever-evolving realm of user experience.

I lead operations and business functions for this 60+ employee non-profit organization. I lead, coach, and develop multiple key operational teams including accounting, human resources, marketing, facilities, and information technology. In my time at ICS I have created systems and policies to mitigate pandemic spread in a school setting, procured, leveraged, and allocated over $2M of government funding to accomplish the school’s goal of stabilizing its financials and accommodating future growth, and implemented an organization-wide learning management system to systematize the flow of information to all stakeholders (students, teachers, staff, and parents). I also led our operations team in implementing a plan for preventative and corrective maintenance on school facilities including IT infrastructure, HVAC systems, building structure, and bus fleet.

At myXP I worked directly for the organization's president in an operational and financial role performing bookkeeping tasks, developing systems to improve efficiency, and advising on business strategy. I was able to serve our clients by providing regular financial reporting, automating administrative tasks, and creating workflows that accomplished their organizational goals.
