-Lead end-to-end HR operations for Meitu Taiwan, covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent development, and employee engagement.
-Partner closely with business leaders as an HRBP to align people strategies with organizational goals and drive team performance.
-Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across marketing, product, and operations functions for APAC markets
-Manage payroll, labor insurance, and group insurance processes to ensure compliance with Taiwan labor laws and internal policies.
-Design and implement talent programs, including on-boarding, performance review, and leadership 1-on-1 frameworks, to enhance employee experience and career growth.
-Organize employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company events (e.g., anniversary celebrations, festivals, and cross-border exchanges) to strengthen corporate culture.
-Collaborate with HQ HR team on cross-region projects such as global policy localization, headcount planning, and organizational development.

-策劃公司活動、內部溝通及文化專案(如節慶活動、跨國團隊交流)以強化組織文化。
-團隊領導與管理:帶領 3 位成員,負責工作分派、進度監控與績效回饋,培養團隊獨立作業能力並提升專案交付效率。
