Supervise 3 team members of HR Services and HR Information System (HRIS).
Overseeing the operational function of the HR Operations (Onboarding, Offboarding, Internal transfer, work email
maintenance (starting from creation, deactivation and solving issue), and other HR administration tasks) to ensure
efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness in HR processes and systems.
Ensure HRIS data cleanliness and accuracy is 90%.
Handling ISO 27001 audit in HR Operations segment, working with Compliance and HR Business Partner to drive
successful audit processes involves ensuring alignment between HR practices and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with HR Business Partner, recruiter, local Organization Development, Compensation benefit and payroll
team to ensure HRIS data is accurate to drive data-driven HR decisions.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with labor laws,
company policies, and best practices and also to enhance the overall employee experience within the organization.
Providing employee data report to the stakeholders across division.
Governance data report submission for HR matter (WLFK, WLKP, LKPM, BPS) involves compiling and providing
structured information and data especially in HR Operations segment and compliance with governance requirements.
End-to-end payroll process (temporary PIC for 5 months). Managing payroll data, to ensure the data is accurate before
submit to the third-party, addressing any payroll-related inquiries or issues, and payroll data reporting.
