I am a physicist with over 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and training. Over the past decade, I have been actively involved in technical aspects of microscopy. Research expertise includes liquid cell electron microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, super-resolution microscopy, cryo-EM, and confocal microscopy. I have also been involved in Ultrasonics, Microfluidics, Photonics, and Crystallography projects in the past. Here are a few highlights from my current and previous work. *I worked on STORM microscopy and FISH for genome architecture at Baylor. *In my role as a senior technical officer at the HKU School of Medicine, I learned optical and S-R microscopy techniques. *I promoted Digital Optics in the education sector, B2B, and marketing for Jasper Display Corporation (JDC), which manufactures IC backplanes and spatial light modulators. We have also developed ideas for optimizing nanoscopy (Super-Resolution Microscopy) using SLMs. *The purpose of my postdoctoral position at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur was to study cryoEM and proteins, as well as biochemistry, GPC, SDS-PAGE, DLS, and cryoimaging. *My PhD studies at NTU focused on electron microscopy. During my PhD studies, I acquired technical skills in EELS, Raman Spectroscopy, Microfabrication, AFM, and EDX. I have also acquired technical expertise in TEMs, SEMs, optical microscopes, and STEMs. The following are my skills and interests: I have expertise in microscopy, super-resolution microscopy, electron microscopy, TEM liquid cells, and cryo-EM.
