I had been working at Pegatron as NPI RD PM since 2011 until Feb 2020. For the first 2 years I was in charge of hp's desktop PC line (manufactured at Pegatron's Mexico plant in Ciudad Juarez) and wrap them up until this project went to EOL. After that I got transferred to MSFT's account and started from Surface line for half an year, then assigned to MR Hololens team (2 generations w/ NPI stages lasting almost 6 years), and XBOX projects all manufactured at Suzhou (China) plant.
My job tasks mainly focus on NPI mat'ls readiness at PCBA level, and by all means to drive all parts positioned on time to start the build in every NPI stage that earned customer's highly praise, with no shortages and well managed the emergencies to secure the PCBA build can go smoothly. I'm able to work under a fast-paced, high pressure w/ time limitation situations (incl. "unexpected" crisis management so as to mitigate the impacts against the build).
