During my tenure at the Taiwan arsenal, I have held roles as a production line manager overseeing teams of 30 to 100 people, served as a R&D project manager, and acted as a technology manager. This extensive experience has provided me with a deep understanding of product development, procurement processes, manufacturing procedures, machinery and workforce management, acceptance testing, failure analysis, and after-sales service. As a military officer, I am accustomed to operating in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines, honing my ability to perform under stress. Additionally, I have been awarded a full scholarship to pursue a Ph.D. in the USA, further enhancing my skills and expertise as an engineer. 任職兵工廠期間，個人曾擔任生產主管、研發計畫主持人及工程師，有管理團隊、生產排程、製程工藝、成品良率、專案研發、售後服務等實務經驗。 任職高司單位期間，個人負責科技投資（應用於國防）及專案管理，需與學界及業界交流作業。 基於前述工作表現而經推薦赴美參加軍售訓練及攻讀博士，最終獲得美國博士學位，相關過程亦培養個人與世界各國人士共事及工程師解決問題專業。 20年軍人與工程師雙重身份已鍛鍊個人帶領團隊合作風格、承受高壓環境、緊湊作業時程及達成任務之工作態度。
