MT OPPO Indonesia had 4 months intensive training, which divided into two important phase :
- The first two months is Promotor phase where we learn about product knowledge, on the job training as promotor and experiencing push selling, probing and closing activity, lots of examination, soft skill training and market analysis.
- The last two months is Sales phase where we experiencing on the job training as Sales Supervisor, handling a few store and maintaining marketshare, communication with dealer, human resource management (promotor), data report, planning and develop marketing strategy.
