工作經驗
Organization Development Intern
- Created poster designs, infographics, and other visual materials to support programs initiated by the OD team;
- Directly involved in the standardization of letters and forms to support Summarecon Group's business operations;
- Developed interactive PPT designs for seminars and outreach events initiated by the OD team to support improved Summarecon employee performance.
- Coordinated with other HR departments in creating collaborative agendas, such as: Happy Fridays, Collaborative Thursdays, and Pop-Up HR Info & HR Tips.
- Directly and actively involved in the Company Regulations Pop-Up project as a graphic designer. Designed 46 Company Regulations Posters (which were displayed periodically on the web portal and in employee and intern email blasts) and designed the Company Regulations Book Cover.

簡介
My understanding of the importance of interpersonal relations and command of an organization’s behavior, effective communication, and relationship management among various players is a result of taking courses in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication, Public Relations, and Conflict Management at the undergraduate level.
Using the skills I attained in Communication Research and Media Studies, I have mastered the analysis of data, content development, and the management of information systems which can easily be applied in the various HR functions of employee participation, integration, designing communication training, and more.
