• Managing Administrative Data of Freelancers enrolled in the geography class. • Becoming the leader for 17 freelancers enrolled in the geography class. • Assigning tasks to the freelancer team that has been formed into the Data Input Team, Discussion Material Input Team, and Forum Audit Team using Google Spreadsheet. • Monitoring the quality of assignments completed by the freelancer team to ensure compliance with the workflow established by the Company. • Provide an assessment for each task that has been completed by Freelancer. • Coordinate with the Procurement team to prepare lesson question content based on books that have been evaluated before.

• Conducting training and establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in several regions of West Sumatra based on natural resources and the social needs of each locality. • Creating and organizing workshops involving various Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and the West Sumatra Regional Government (Pemda) regarding the development of BUMDes businesses. • Establishing and drafting the Articles of Association and Bylaws for each Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in collaboration with the local BUMDes operational team.
