Description
As a part of the research team working on the project 'Using Advanced Structures and Processes to Develop Ultra-Low Resistance Silicon Carbide Power Transistors for High-Voltage Transportation Vehicles and Energy Storage Systems,' I have gained hands-on experience in SiC power device fabrication and optimization. My work focuses on reducing ON-resistance and improving the performance of SiC transistors through advanced processing techniques such as doping engineering, optimized contact formation, and novel transistor architectures. This research has deepened my understanding of wide-bandgap semiconductors and their critical role in next-generation power electronics, electric vehicles, and grid-scale energy storage applications. Given my passion for semiconductor technology, I am eager to apply my expertise and further contribute to innovations in this field.

Description
My thesis title was “Effect of Synthesis Temperature on the Morphology and Electrical Properties of Solution-Grown Copper Nanowires (CuNWs)”, I have presented it in Proceedings of Mathematics, Science, and Computer Science Education International Seminar (MSCEIS) 2015, and it was published by AIP Publishing (Citation : AIP Conference Proceedings 1708, 070009 (2016)). My research was supported by Bantuan Penelitian Pengembangan Sains dan Teknologi (BPPST) DIKTIS 2015 and Bantuan Penelitian Individu (BPI) UIN SGD Bandung 2015, and was sponsored by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia. When I did my professional placement in 2014 in Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) Bandung, I have a research with the title of “Fabrication of Dye-Based Solar Sub-Modules Using Flourine-Doped Tin Oxide (FTO) Substrates with Serial Interconnections.”
