I had work experiences in E-commerce, IT, and Media Online company. Below is the description;
Experienced as a Sales Admin or Sales Assistant in IT & E-commerce companies.
As a Sales Admin in IT Company for 3 years. And I have experienced in an E-commerce Company, it's bhinneka.com for two years.
I got the challenge of 3 work positions for total of two years at bhinneka.com. As a Sales Assistant for 1 year, as an Inside Sales for 7 months and a Telesales for 5 months.
Overall, total of my work experienced in the IT field (As a Sales Admin or Sales Assistant) for 4 years.
And the last of my work experienced in the online media company, it is kumparan.com company as a Sales Administrator for 6 months.

B2B Admin
Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta, Indonesia
- Input PO to Database PO, check DO, and check Email.
- Input Daily Sales in Link Order by spreadsheets.
- Check Exp Date Label and make that Label.
- Check Remaining Supplies, if already less, input PR (Purchase Request) by Accurate.
- Print Exp. Date Labels then Put them on Carton or Boxes, help packing, take photos each cookies for retained sample and put them in ziplock then keep to freezer, take photos of exp. date label.
- Input PO, SO, & DO by Accurate.
- Print DO by Accurate.
- Input Database (Admin) by spreadsheets.
- Fill in the form of B2B QC Check Form.
- Print Label Packing, Recap DO and Print DO by Accurate.
- Input Daily Sales by MOKA.
Sales Administrator
- Receive proof of reimbursement from sales team.
- Fill in the "Request For Payment" form (RFP) in accordance with the available evidence.
- Fill in the form "Nominative List" in accordance with info meeting from the account manager.
- Make MRWR (Material Work Request) for payment of any transaction.
Telesales ( TS )
- Doing call out ( outbound ) for new customer and
existing accounts.
- Create New Account using Sales Force, and then
data will be synchronized to NAV.
- Make a Sales Quote using Sales Force.
- Make a Sales Order using NAV.
- Make a report of per month about the results call
outbound.
- Managing and maintain good relationship with
customers.
- Calling vendors to check update price and
availability of stock item.
- Handle all process of selling when get Purchase
Order ( PO ) from customer.
- Keeps good relationship with internal team like
Purchasing team, Product team, Finance & AR
team, Delivery & Warehouse team etc.
- Have a responsibility about all process of selling
until the item sent to customer.
Inside Sales ( IS )
- Handle Call Inbound ( Only New Customer ).
- Create New Account using Sales Force, and then
data will be synchronized to NAV.
- Make a Sales Quote using Sales Force.
- Make a Sales Order ( SO ) using NAV.
- Make a report of daily.
- Managing and maintain good relationship with
customers.
- Calling vendors to check update price and
availability of stock item.
- Handle all process of selling when get Purchase
Order ( PO ) from customer.
- Keeps good relationship with internal team like
Purchasing team, Product team, Finance & AR
team, Delivery & Warehouse team etc.

Sales Assistant ( SA )
- Make Sales Quote and Sales Order ( SO ) using
NAV.

- Handle all process of selling when get Purchase
Order ( PO ) from customer.
- Keeps good relationship with internal team like
Purchasing team, Product team, Finance & AR

Freelance Marketing Consultant
- Make an appointment with customer.
- Make an agreement with customer when have
closing.
- Managing and maintain good relationship with
