- Discuss and well understand clients' job descriptions and requirements
- Conduct the market search and overview through different channels
- Update candidates' CVs and input CVs to the database to assist in building up the talent pool
- Select and match candidates for assignments including managing the interview process, salary negotiations and candidate management
- Gather feedback and proactively follow up with both clients and candidates from interview towards the onboarding stage
- Develop long-term and trusted relationships with clients by attaining a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the organization’s culture and resourcing requirements
