- Developing the super app named QLEAP (HRIS Website) to become the most impactful platform at Erajaya Swasembada for across Erajaya business units such as iBox, Erafone, TAM, JDSport, etc.
- Creating conceptual descriptions and developing websites to present solutions to users.
- Designing and developing a website for Human Capital arrangements, including employees's allowances, salaries, attendance, a ticket submission system for problem-solving and performance tracking, etc.
- Integrate the HRIS with other systems, such as corporate university, onboarding and attendance, and benefits administration, to create a seamless Human Capital ecosystem.
- Work closely with All Divisions in Human Capital and other relevant departments to understand business needs and ensure the HRIS aligns with organizational goals.
- Ensure the HRIS Website is responsive and performs well across various devices and browsers.
- Providing suggestions for better problem-solving approaches within the Frontend Developer team.
- Taking responsibility for handling merge projects among the Frontend Developer team.
- Accomplishing the migration of the website to the new version of QLEAP using React JS.
- Successfully developed the social media platform in QLEAP, facilitating employee connections across Erajaya business units such as iBox, Erafone, TAM, JDSport, etc.
- The successful initiative to integrate TypeScript into the project serves to mitigate data errors stemming from both human oversight and external factors, while also ensuring that The Frontend Developer Team remains abreast of contemporary skill sets in the industry.
- Develop and maintain frontend components using modern web technologies such as React JS, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Sass, React Redux, REST API, Eslint, and Prettier Config.
