Project Name: Project Mechanical and Piping Works Pulp Dryer FL3B RAPP.
Job Desk :
1. Assuring all documents for construction needs are adequate and in the last update status.
2. Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs by implementing Intern-Discipline Checking among mechanical, civil, piping, and other disciplines through the 3D models on Navis Work Management.
3. Initiating coordination with owners, vendors, and contractors regarding technical issues in the field such as interfacing the scope of work between parties, design changes, and finding solutions as part of problem-solving.
4. Make a report to the Client about problems that occur during construction such as pipe clashing, inaccurate foundation elevation, etc as a result of an error in the drawing or design provided by the client in order to implement the change order procedure.
5. Conduct joint inspections of civil works that have been carried out before being handed over to the mechanical, piping, and other disciplinary teams for further work processing.
6. Assure readiness of material and equipment for construction purposes by providing material requisition, material Take off (MTO), and bill of material.
7. Provide modification drawing for any design changes on-site and its proposal of changes.
8. Monitoring equipment check-out, equipment punch list, and punch list report until commissioning.
9. Regularly controlling, reporting, and documenting the progress of mechanical work on a daily, weekly, and monthly based.
