Mutia's job include: - Writing interesting and informative content for DAMPINGSETARA’s instagram, related to relationship issue and psychological concepts - Conducting interviews with resource persons who match the topic of discussion, then the results of the interviews are used as content of DAMPINGSETARA - Conducting regular discussions together with the marketing team related to content planning

The Community Service Department has the aim of facilitating Faculty of Psychology's students to serve the community, as well as increasing awareness of social and environmental issues in the Faculty of Psychology UI. During her tenure, Mutia was assigned as the Project Officer of Program Kakak Adik Asuh (PRADA) and managed to get an award as the best staff of the Community Service Department

PRADA also works to help maintain employee welfare through gifts of appreciation and financial assistance. In this program, Mutia's job includes: - Assigned to plan, organize and execute programs that can provide benefits to the Psychology UI community and employees. - Coordinate with 28 program administrators, including secretary and treasurer, as well as members of the other five divisions (Interaction Division, Event Division, Design, Documentation and Publication Division, Donation Division, Fundraising Division, and Appreciation Division) - Build relation with 50+ employees of the Faculty of Psychology UI and provide gifts of appreciation. PRADA managed to collect donations of >Rp 12,000,000 from 50+ Kakak Asuh to be distributed to 16 Adik Asuh who are children/relatives of the Faculty of Psychology's employees. Through the year-end satisfaction survey, PRADA got a score of 5.36 out of 6 in providing satisfaction and good impact.
