- Responsible for operational HR activities and processes in the employee lifecycle for all employees starting from recruitment to exit
- Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and error free inputs towards payroll
- Maintain databases, as required and provide reports to Management, in line with standards and compliance requirements File, check and ensure that employee personal files are maintained.
- Oversee and document, where necessary Employee Attendance, Leave, Advances, etc.
- Manage trainings and end-to-end performance management function for the company whilst Improving employee motivation through engagement activities
- Assist the management in managing employee related regulatory issues, ensuring timely submission of reports to the relevant external parties
- Develop and update relevant policies, standing operating procedures (SOPs) with regards to HR & Administration
- Support the company to maintain a healthy attrition by analyzing attrition data and providing solutions to overcome identified issues
- Participate and provide support to HR projects, as and when required
