My name is Nadia, and I am a final semester student of Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Universitas Widya Mataram. I have a passion for developing human resources and creating a positive work culture. As part of my education, I completed a two-month internship at PT LPP Agro Nusantara, where I supported the HRD team in various tasks, such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. I learned how to apply HRM theories and principles in a real-world setting, and how to communicate effectively with different stakeholders. I also have experience in the hospitality industry, where I worked as a food and beverage server at Hotel Abadi for three months in 2020. I developed my customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to handle pressure and multitask. I am proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and I can speak Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Inggris fluently. I am eager to learn new skills and knowledge, and I am always open to feedback and improvement. My goal is to pursue a career in HRD and contribute to the growth and success of an organization.
