As a Teacher Assistant, I supported instructors by helping facilitate classes, managing course materials, and guiding students during practical sessions. I assisted in preparing learning resources, answered students’ questions related to coursework, and provided technical support during lab-based or system-related activities. This role enhanced my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills while deepening my understanding of the subject matter, particularly in areas related to Information Systems such as web development.

As a member of the Public Relations Department, I was responsible for managing and developing the organization's external communications and digital presence. My duties included creating engaging content for social media platforms, designing visual materials, and maintaining the consistency of the organization’s branding. I also collaborated in organizing online and offline events, helping to promote the group’s initiatives to a broader audience. This role allowed me to apply my knowledge in Information Systems by utilizing digital tools for content management, optimizing social media strategies through data analysis, and supporting the development of the organization’s internal systems for better communication and coordination.
