Naomi Soldon

In 1990, Naomi Soldon graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and began practicing labor and employment law ever since. Currently, she serves as a managing partner at Soldon McCoy. Naomi has extensive experience in trial and appellate courts. In addition to being admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the United States Sixth and Seventh Circuits, and the District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Michigan, she is also admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin. ERISA litigation is an area of expertise for Naomi. As a labor-management trust representative, she frequently obtains reimbursement for large claims. Aside from drafting plan documents and summary plan descriptions, Naomi ensures that documents comply with ever-changing laws and regulations, and attends court on a variety of complex ERISA matters. As well as representing clients in arbitrations and lawsuits in many courts nationwide, Naomi has over 20 years of labor law experience. Throughout her career, Naomi has given advice concerning union law issues. In arbitrations and federal court proceedings throughout the country, Naomi Soldon represents labor and employee benefit clients. To date, Naomi has advised and assisted in a variety of labor law matters including contract drafting and interpretation, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, union organizing, plant closings, family and medical leave laws, employment discrimination, and more.
