She has built her career across technology, finance, and consumer goods, always guided by a commitment to making a difference in people’s lives. In her role as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Nolos, she leads strategies that protect families, simplify legal and financial services, and help more people access the tools they need to feel secure. Outside her corporate work, she remains active in her community, supporting initiatives that strengthen families, promote education, and expand access to essential services.
Nathalie was born in Beirut and grew up in a trilingual household speaking English, French, and Arabic. This early exposure to multiple cultures shaped her ability to connect with people from different backgrounds, a skill that has been central to her career in marketing and communications.
After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, she began her career in 2004 as Marketing and Communications Manager at Groupe Deschênes. In this role, she learned how to shape a brand’s voice, enhance its reputation, and align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
In 2010, she joined Rogers Communications in Montreal as a Senior Marketing Specialist, where she worked on acquisition and retention campaigns for consumer services. This position strengthened her expertise in campaign execution, media planning, and creative storytelling. In 2013, she became Marketing and Digital Manager at Beiersdorf, the global company behind Nivea. She was responsible for national advertising campaigns, public relations activities, and brand ambassador programs, making use of digital platforms to increase brand visibility and strengthen awareness in the Canadian market.
In 2015, Nathalie transitioned to financial services as a Financing Mortgage Advisor at La Capitale, now Beneva. Over the next five years, she guided clients through important financial decisions with honesty and clarity. Her dedication to client care earned her recognition as one of the Top Financial Mortgage Performers for three consecutive years and one of the Top Mortgage Sales Performers for two straight years. She focused on building relationships that went beyond the transaction, ensuring clients felt informed and supported.
In March 2022, Nathalie joined Nolos, a LegalTech and FinTech company based in Montreal, as Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Nolos works to make legal and financial services more accessible, affordable, and easy to understand, especially for families in Quebec. She oversees brand strategy, positioning, and communications, ensuring the company’s voice reflects its mission and values. Her work includes campaigns for services such as digital wills, estate planning, and financial tools, initiatives that aim to educate and empower people to protect their families, homes, and assets.
Her approach to her work is centered on giving back and creating change through education. She believes that helping families understand the importance of legal wills and financial planning is one of the most effective ways to protect their loved ones. She is committed to making these topics simple, approachable, and free of unnecessary jargon. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, she can connect with Quebec’s diverse communities and extend Nolos’s message of accessibility, education, and empowerment.
Throughout her career, Nathalie has been recognized for her achievements. At La Capitale (now Beneva), she earned awards for being among the top performers in financial mortgage sales for two consecutive years and in financial mortgage performance for three consecutive years. She has played a role in national marketing campaigns for major brands such as Nivea and Rogers, combining creativity with measurable results. At Nolos, her leadership has helped shape a brand identity built on clarity, trust, and relevance, positioning the company as a leader in accessible legal and financial services for Quebec families.
Beyond her corporate role, Nathalie is active in her community and church, helping people access the resources they need to protect their families and plan for the future. She values kindness, strong connections, and the importance of family, always striving to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her.
Her personal life is centered on her family, who inspire and motivate her daily. She enjoys traveling, swimming, sailing, and reading, especially books about leadership, branding, and personal growth.
