- Receive domestic shipping requests from customers from the sales department, then contact the vendors to arrange drivers, vehicles and delivery times. - Require the sales department to provide relevant documents from the customer to proceed to the port to pick up (return) goods and containers. - Always try to help customers solve any problems that may arise.

Provide and support logistics service to customers: - Provide trucking, air freight, and sea freight inland and globally according to the demand of customers with a competitive edge, and advise customers on shipping options that suit their needs. - Support checking HS code and customs clearance. - Receive customer problems and support customers to solve them quickly and ensure cost.

- Receive and check the quantity of goods entering and leaving the warehouse by physical methods and on the warehouse's WMS system. - Assign locations for picking (placing) goods in the warehouse to warehouse staff. - Check and require warehouse staff to pack goods according to correct procedures and quality.
