Test Engineer (December 2019 – Present) Surface-Mount technology (SMT) and Final Assembly Department Skills and Competency:  In-depth knowledge in repair and maintaining machines for functional tests.  Good knowledge in troubleshooting PCBA  Able to read Schematic diagram of PCB.  Able to do GRR report to evaluate the accuracy of a gauging instrument by ensuring its measurements are repeatable and reproducible. Duties and Responsibilities:  Assigned at Product Engineering Division - Fixture Department team, responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the machines for functional tests.  Troubleshoot complex electronic products and identify root causes of failures.  Conduct testing, analysis and document every detail of the Standard Operating System process of the machine for reference and continuous improvement.  Performed Debugging and suggested corrective plans for actual and potential causes of failures.  Set-up, improve and enhance the efficiency of the equipment.  Ensure all Download and Functional testing fixtures are well maintained, calibrated and reliable.  Performed and maintained the IC test, burn-in, & power test process for electronic products.  Monitor and help to improve product yield.  Provide technical support to internal and external customers.  Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements to electronic products.  Checked CPK data of the test results using Minitab software. *Support another department as: Automation Engineer (December 2024 – June 2025) Duties and Responsibilities:  Communicating with clients about project requirements.  Developing tests and simulations to ensure the systems work as intended  Creating a connection between information inputs, controllers and outputs  Operate complex machines that can perform multiple tasks with high precision and accuracy  Integrating mechanical components with electronic sensors, actuators, and control systems to achieve desired functionalities.  Utilizing automation techniques to enhance system performance and reliability.  Maintained project timelines and deliverables in accordance with engineering guidelines.  Assemble different automation machines such as Screwing, Cable cartridge and Conveyor machines.
