Manage analytics-based strategy and forecasting relevant target for quality performance in ShopeeFood business units. Design driver & merchant penalty system, using SQL-based rules to identify driver & merchant with lower performance. Develop & run end-to-end experiments (ex. A/B or Incubation test) to identify the most effective way to preserve the quality of driver/merchant. Calculate, forecast, set OKR, and work closely with the Ops team to plan and execute initiatives to improve completion rate, and driver issue cancellation. Lead planning and project management between stakeholders from 10+ teams to maintain driver & merchant availability and manage demand spikes during special occasions (public holidays/big campaigns).

While I work as a fraud analyst, I'm entrusted with a project with responsibility: 1. Led a team in Bandung consisting of 12 agents 2. Developing innovative driver verification procedures and systems which increased team efficiency. 3. Training and mentoring a team of 12 staff, increasing productivity and team morale. 4. Developing and maintaining report dashboards, also to work together with related team on project and conducting meetings with several stakeholders, both internal and external teams.

Responsibility : 1. Conducting daily sanctioning process from the Business Intelligence’s team data-based source and/or user report from Customer Service. 2. Reporting to stakeholders daily and weekly. 3. Proposing new rule logic and developing existing rule logic based on data and field findings in collaboration with related teams. 4. Assessing and analyzing any bug, error, and/or inaccuracy in data and system related to BAU processes, in addition to follow up any related team.
