This role acts as a mediator/bridge between IT and business to increase efficiency, starting from work processes, products, services, to the software/tools used. The Business Analyst performs an analysis of a demand according to a joint plan from the client and the company which is then implemented to the client company. The results of the analysis process that has been made will be given to the technical and developer sections in the Business Analyst division.
