- Conducted extensive research and developed informative presentations on various topics, including artificial lift, production operation, surface facilities, and well problems. These efforts aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of these essential aspects within the production operations. - Collected data and re-designed the existing sucker rod pump with a comprehensive approach to the various parameters of stroke length, steps per minute, and plunger diameter of the sucker rod pump with Excel and Pipesim Software. This is to increase well production by taking into the well profile, fluid characteristics, and reservoir conditions. - Succeed increased well production from 808 BPD to 1058,15 BPD. Then the selected parameter variations are stroke length 120 in, 10 spm, plunger diameter 2.75 in was chosen with a pump efficiency of 80%.
