He realized that many clients received fragmented advice from various professionals, each focused on only one aspect of their finances. This sparked the idea for a more integrated approach where clients could receive a cohesive financial strategy covering all their financial needs in one place. In 2002, Orion established Prime Wealth Advisors to offer a more comprehensive and personalized financial planning experience. His firm provides a full range of services, including wealth management, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning.
