I received an M.S. degree in the Graduate Institute of Logistics Management from the National Defense University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2007. I received the Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2025. I currently serve as a military instructor with the National Defense University, Taipei, and as a part-time lecturer at the Department of Information Management, teaching courses on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. My research interests include machine learning, data mining, deep learning, and data analysis using Python.
