A comprehensive study of the multiferroic of 2 - 3nm layer of Fullerene - based non-volatile memory devices, Au/C84/Si (111) - 7x7. II. Semiconductor fabricate and analyze the electronic state, magnetic, and piezoresponse of various carbon-based ReRAM and FeRAM. n Co-work with National Nano Device Laboratories (NDL) Depicts the electronic state of MoS2 FET under UHV-STM. n Co-work with the Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST) I. Photoelectron characteristics of RGO nanotube hybrid gas sensor. II. Characteristics of MnO2 Self-assembled Hierarchical Nanostructure. n The fluorescence and chemical bonding features of C84/NaCl/Ag (111) . n Design and construction of a cryogenic UHV 1K-9T scanning tunneling microscope. n Mechanisms and spectroscopic imaging p-n junction of BiTeI on giant Rashba characteristics. The strong electron correlated study of NbSe2. III. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE n Non-volatile memory device development and analysis, such as Resistive random-access memory ReRAM and Ferroelectric memory (FeRAM) n Crystal growth and thin film deposition : CVD, PVD, sputtering, VLS, etc. n Material properties characterization : SEM, STM, STL, C-AFM, PFM, and MFM. n Optoelectronic properties analysis : Photoluminescence, Raman, XRD, XPS n Software : LabVIEW, Matlab, AutoCAD, Solidworks, Quantum- ATK IV.
