Founder, President & CEO Chairman of the Board Kokoon Global Inc.
Jacob Solli is the founder, president, and CEO of Kokoon Global Inc., a company redefining what ultra-luxury healthcare and wellness can be. Born in Brønnøysund, Norway, and now living in Florida, Per Jacob has spent more than 30 years building businesses, training elite athletes, and leading with a focus on achieving results. Since he first envisioned Kokoon in 2007, he has drawn from his wide-ranging professional experience to grow it into a multi-million-dollar company that delivers wellness and medical services with measurable outcomes.
His entry into healthcare innovation came from personal hardship. In 2000, he was violently attacked with an iron bar, leading to more than a dozen surgeries, the latest in 2022. When conventional medicine failed to heal the infection he faced, he turned to what he knew best—discipline, sports science, and trusted expertise. By training six days a week, he rebuilt his strength from the ground up. In 2006–2007, after helping extend his mother’s life by over 15 years through alternative methods, he realized there was a better way to care for people. This belief became the core of Kokoon’s mission.
Before starting Kokoon, Per Jacob spent years coaching high-performance soccer across Europe. Working with top-level athletes taught him discipline, adaptability, and how to unite different personalities behind a shared goal. These experiences shaped the leadership style he uses today, building strong teams and guiding them through complex challenges.
Under his leadership, Kokoon Global Inc. has achieved the rare distinction of being debt-free and cash-rich, owning 100% of its assets. Without lenders, the company can stay focused on its mission: delivering healthcare with dignity and proven results. Kokoon combines traditional and advanced medical care with wellness-focused services, supported by a carefully chosen team of experts, including industry veterans with decades of experience.
Adaptability has been a defining part of his approach. Over nearly 20 years, he has worked with world-class physicians and industrial advisors to keep Kokoon moving forward. He listens to advice from those he respects but acts decisively when the moment demands it. During the COVID-19 lockdowns in Spain, when many projects stopped, he advanced new operations, turning uncertainty into opportunity.
Trust and integrity guide his leadership. Known for his direct, hands-on style, he maintains open communication with investors and partners. Kokoon has faced smear campaigns, online attacks, and two takeover attempts, but with the support of his family, legal team, and allies, he protected the company’s independence and used those challenges to strengthen it.
Family remains central to his life. A father to a daughter and a son in their early 30s, he considers them his greatest achievements, and Kokoon is part of the legacy he intends to leave them. Even with a demanding travel schedule between Norway and the United States, he stays committed to building a better future for his family and the families Kokoon serves.
Kokoon’s expansion plans are ambitious. In May 2025, the company began constructing a 23-surgical-room clinic in the Canary Islands, a project that will help finance the Miami Medical Resort—an innovative combination of luxury living and advanced healthcare. Plans include opening satellite centers across every U.S. state and pursuing dual stock exchange listings in Norway and the United States. All growth is carefully managed within cash flow, ensuring agility and stability.
At the heart of Kokoon’s success is Per Jacob Solli’s vision—a healthcare model that puts people first, delivers tangible results, and never compromises on ethics. His background in coaching, entrepreneurship, and health science gives him a unique perspective on modern healthcare challenges, enabling him to build something designed for lasting impact.
