• Financial modelling of deals and undertake the financial structuring and analysis of deals while meeting business objectives. • Craft the pricing model and assess the deal P&L, cash flow, metrics and financial viability and highlight the potential risks of a deal throughout the bid lifecycle from qualification to deal closure. • Support the deal team throughout the sales cycle in analysing and making recommendations regarding deal specific financial strategies and solutions by analysing various benchmarks and performing Price to win analysis and developing pricing strategy to help sales team sell business while also ensuring delivering value to the client. • Support the negotiation of financial/ commercial terms to meet business & financial objectives. To enable to sign a contract capable of delivering the approved returns, whilst at the same time addressing customer business drivers. Develop Revenue profile for reporting post contract signature. • Risk identification and developing mitigation strategies through collaboration with other global finance groups like Treasury, Taxation, liaising with FP&A, Technical accounting, Legal and other areas as required. • Function in an objective manner to ensure the integrity of the responsibilities of the position and support compliance with processes and policies and actively held the preparation and presentations of Financials to internal deal governance and management.
