Throughout my academic journey at Diponegoro University, I actively combined classroom learning with real-world experience. I contributed to field research projects involving over 100 community respondents, led practicum sessions that improved students’ technical mastery, and coordinated academic events with hundreds of participants. I also held leadership roles in student organizations, managed scientific documentation, and participated in advocacy efforts to support student welfare. In parallel, I explored digital marketing by managing social media content and promotions for a local salon, achieving a 25% increase in engagement and acquiring 100+ new customers. My experiences have sharpened my communication, coordination, and data analysis skills that preparing me to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environments.
