Her academic journey began at San Francisco State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management. Rachelle Marzorati has held various leadership roles, including general manager, rooms division manager, sales and marketing head, guest services manager, and housekeeping coordinator. She has managed notable properties such as Comfort Inn & Suites, Extended Stay Hotel, Saratoga Oaks Lodge, and Crown Plaza Cabana Hotel. Her duties have encompassed recruiting and training employees, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high customer service standards.
