• 1 research project under provision of Mr. Yosef Hilarius Timu Pera, S.Sos., M.Si : "Design of an Institutional Collaboration Model for the Barito Kuala Transmigration Economic Area" will publish in reputable journal. • Responsible for Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for all forums, primarily focusing on discussions about the role of community economic institutions in the transmigration area. • Served as the Coordinator for a 4-member research team. • Conducted over 30 in-depth interviews over four months with key policymakers and community members across the Barito Kuala transmigration area, South Kalimantan. • Developed a "Map of Agricultural Economic Institutional Roles" to evaluate the function of each institution in the transmigration area. This project further aimed to inform agricultural policy interventions for regional economic development. • Calculated Social Return on Investment (SROI) for each research activity.

• Digitized 3,000 residential buildings in non-customer areas at PT Pam Lyonaise Jaya using ArcGIS Pro and FieldMaps, with monitoring conducted via ArcGIS Dashboards. • Validated data from 3,000 surveyed buildings to determine infrastructure points for PDAM clean water access in South Jakarta. This data provided critical insights for Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) planning.

• 1 research project under provision of Mr. Yudi Hermawan, S.ST., MH., QRMP : “Pembuatan Sistem Dasboard Sebagai Dasar Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Bidang Tanah Demi Mendukung Reforma Agraria”. • Developed a "Time-Series Land Use Monitoring Map" to analyze abandoned land in the Riau Islands Province. • Responsible for Minutes of Meetings (MoM) with the Head of the Riau Islands Provincial Land Office, focusing on sustainable development through optimized land utilization. • Responsible for providing land use maps "Hak Atas Tanah" (HAT) to stakeholders. These maps were subsequently used as a basis for field data collection survey points.

• Served as a Research Assistant and Enumerator under the supervision of Mr. Joko Adianto, S.T., M.Ars., Ph.D., and Mrs. Rossa Turpuk Gabe, S.Ars., M.Ars. • Worked for three months as an Enumerator (data collector), gathering data from over 200 locations spread across Jakarta. • Authored the paper, "The Influence of Tenant Income on Location Selection and Rental Prices of Boarding Houses in Central Jakarta." • Developed a "House Rental Price Map" to monitor and evaluate areas that do not meet the rental standards established by the Jakarta Regional Government.
