As an Online Tutor at Universitas Terbuka (UT), I am responsible for facilitating distance learning through the university’s online tutorial platform (Tuton). My role includes: - Guiding students in understanding course materials and developing critical and applied thinking skills. - Designing and leading interactive discussion sessions throughout the learning period. - Providing constructive feedback on students’ assignments and learning progress. - Evaluating students’ participation, discipline, and academic performance. - Encouraging active engagement, collaboration, and the practical application of theoretical concepts. I currently teach the course Kewirausahaan di Era Digital (MKWI4203), a 3-credit course focusing on cultivating entrepreneurial mindset and skills in the context of digital transformation, technological innovation, and modern business strategy in the Industry 4.0 era.
