In 2024, I completed an internship at the Pebayuran District Government Office. Here, I was responsible for: -Designing an employee attendance application as part of the personnel system digitalization initiative. -Developing the attendance application so that it could be used practically in employees' daily activities. -Managing the application to ensure its smooth operation, including troubleshooting and maintenance. This internship experience was invaluable because I learned to apply the knowledge gained in college to a real-world work environment. Furthermore, I also understood the importance of communicating with non-technical parties, as the application I developed was used directly by employees from diverse backgrounds.
