Duties & Responsibilities :
• Ensure and prepare employee assets, all existing assets must be ensured in good condition so that they can be used by employees when carrying out work activities.
• Manage data, every asset for operational activities must be recorded every time using Google sheets
• Supervise every employee's work, responsible for employee work activities so that everything can run conducively and there are no mistakes in work.
• Providing information to all employees, providing any information obtained so that it is immediately informed to all employees.
• Resolve and escalate a problem to the relevant team, check and analyze a problem and provide problem solving to platinum customers (such as managers, commissioners etc.) and also communicate directly with the relevant team so that problems can be resolved as soon as possible.
• Monitoring incoming ticket from all role or division, and ensure if the ticket will already decrease.
• Report and monitoring all data like SLA, FRT, CSAT and Productivity for all Agent.
