Talent Acquisition
• Executed the entire recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles across Taiwan, Singapore, and Japan. This includes sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.
Talent Acquisition Marketing
• Owned the Yourator Job Fair/Gopher Day project, managed cross-functional collaboration with the marketing, design, and engineering teams, and was the point person for all external parties. Result: interacted with 1,678 potential candidates during the job fair; 219 applications were received and converted to 8 interviews for the Yourator Job Fair. Recruitments session with 200+ Go developers, social media promotion in a 140K Gopher FB group, and 30+ applications from Gopher for the Gopher Day.
HRBP
• Initiated the “APAC Connect” event to foster cross-office relationships between the Taiwan and Singapore offices, enhance communication, and increase the sense of belonging among APAC colleagues, which received an average score of 4.5/5.
• Created local ERG and raised awareness by launching votes and hosting events (e.g., Dog Shelter, Her Circle Lunch/webinar, The Mindful Circle Event, and Family-friendly events.)
