Riley Levy is the pioneering founder and CEO of The Complete Human Co. (TCHC), headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Established in 2023, TCHC emerged from its vision to reform primary healthcare by merging telehealth with care coordination to cut hospital readmissions and reduce expenses for insurers and patients. The company enables people, particularly those lacking a primary care provider, to access consistent medical care from their homes, ensuring healthcare is both accessible and comprehensive seven days a week.
Riley’s journey into healthcare management has always centered on enhancing patient and provider experiences, making the foundation of TCHC a natural step in his career. His extensive background in healthcare operations includes leading roles where he significantly contributed to company growth and strategic development. At Apostrophe, he managed the operational scale-up that led to a successful merger with Hims & Hers in 2021, integrating Apostrophe’s teledermatology services with Hims & Hers’ extensive telehealth offerings.
He also held the position of Head of Operations at Phil, where he streamlined the prescription drug delivery process, enhancing the speed and affordability of services. His initial steps in the healthcare industry were at Nurx, where he was instrumental in expanding the company's reach in women’s health before Thirty Madison acquired it.
In founding TCHC, Riley applied his deep understanding of healthcare systems to create a service that addresses the crucial gap in continuity of care following hospital discharge. TCHC ensures that patients connect quickly with primary care providers and receive comprehensive management of their health needs to prevent future hospital visits.
TCHC’s proactive approach involves early detection and management of health issues, which helps to mitigate emergency room visits and manage chronic conditions more effectively in a home setting. This method has improved patient care standards and operational efficiencies, aligning with Riley’s commitment to making healthcare more proactive and patient-centric.
Under his leadership, TCHC has grown to offer services nationwide, ensuring that patients everywhere can access continuous and integrated care, including crucial mental health services. This expansion underscores the company's role as a critical player in the national healthcare landscape, capable of addressing complex healthcare needs on a broad scale.
Riley's strategic vision extends to making healthcare more economical by helping patients navigate their insurance benefits effectively. This approach reduces out-of-pocket costs and enhances overall health outcomes. This approach saves money and elevates the quality of care, prioritizing preventive measures.
Outside healthcare, Riley is an avid cook who is passionate about creating sophisticated culinary experiences at home.
