Tour Guide
I am an Anthropology graduate from Universitas Airlangga with experience as a head of the event division and a tour guide. My skills in designing events and building partnerships enabled me to successfully attract more than 100 participants to a webinar. Currently, I guide walking tours that highlight the history and culture of Surabaya, which has trained me in planning itineraries and providing services for both individual tourists and groups of up to 15 people. I am open to continuously developing my capacity, particularly in intercultural communication skills, to optimize participant engagement in both events and tours with a foundation of inclusivity.
