Anthropology Student Association - Head of Academic Division  (Apr 2023 - Feb 2024) - Created the grand design of 7 programs, including webinars, podcasts, article review of book and journal article, anthropologists' biography articles, group exam tutoring, social issue discussions, and social issue articles. - Provided strategic recommendations for potential speakers and media partners, resulting in the successful attraction of 167 participants to the 2nd Theory Class webinar program. - Participated as a master of ceremony in the 1st Theory Class webinar program titled "Sexuality In Human Culture: A Review Of Foucault's Postmodernism Concept". - Authored a book review article "Psychoanalysis and Zen Buddhism" to reinforce and promote team-led initiatives in Ulasan't program.   Anthropology Festival within Anthropology Student Association - Head of Event Division (Jul 2023 - Oct 2023) - Created the grand design for the event titled "Celebrating Indonesian Diversity". - Organized an event series of essay & photography competitions, seminar & talk show, photography exhibition, and art performance. - Successfully attracted 160+ photography exhibition & art performance attendees, 50+ seminar & talkshow participants, 50 photography competition, and 47 essay competition participants. Anthropology Student Association - Staff of Academic Division (Apr 2022 - Feb 2023) - Designed 2 webinars of the Theory Class program and authored 8 articles on commemoration days of the Anthropedia program. - Designed strategic concept to the 2nd Theory Class webinar program, resulting in the succesful attraction of 101 participants. - Achieved Best Academic Division Staff of the Month in May. - Participated as a moderator in a webinar program titled "Dialectical and Historical Materialism" and as a moderator in an online discussion program titled "Angkringant: Weton". - Authored a book review article "Madurese Man" as part of collaborative efforts for the division program.
