Roles and Responsibilities : • Understanding the requirements both functional and non functional by going through the speci cations and with inputs from Business Analysts IN ORDER to participate e ciently in the Design, Development and Testing phases of the project. • Respond to the issues assigned, do analysis, suggest/ implement work around, communicate to all the stakeholders and close issues as per the agreed timelines IN ORDER to ensure support availability as per agreed SLA'S. • Creating User accounts and providing geographical access to the customers.

Roles and Responsibilities : • Systematically escalate problems or variances in the information to the relevant owners, teams and managers according to the de ned processes and standard. • Developing and Implementing creative solutions to data matrices. • Identifying issues, Analyzing information and providing solutions to problems. • Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards within expected deadlines.
