* Working experience in SIT & UAT platform for ACH project. * Prepared DOI and SLA for the new ACH project. * Project is new to SCB, I have worked from SIT testing till production go live & trained team members from India and United States. * Worked in almost all the shift timings actively to archive the business requirements. * Working on electronic funds transfer through Swift, Chips & Fed clearing systems - MT103, * MT202, MT202(COV), MT200 , ISO 2002 ( MX format) PACS 009 , PACS 009( COV),PACS 008 and PACS004. * Processing NSTP (Non straight through payments) messages of both incoming as well as outgoing swift payments. * Generating A3 Improvement ideas to simplify the process and to send via STP(Straight through payments). * Ensuring accurate transfer of payments adhering to cut-off timings. * Handling MT1 9 9 , MT1 92 , MT299, MT2 9 2 , MT1 95 and MT29 5 messages for clients in case of any discrepancy in the payment instructions. * Having a good knowledge in Payments Investigation, handled UTA, BCNR, Anti-money and Laundering cases.

• Worked on clients with regard to Global Payment Processing system and raising out the exceptions to Client. Identifying if there is any insufficiency in funding and highlighting it to service team on timely manner which would protect the client from negative impact • Analyses whether the trade has been booked without any loss so it will not impact the company nor the client service • Expertise in all banking products viz local payments, cross currency payments, remittances, FA (Foreign Exchange), Account maintenance, Rate maintenance etc • Investigating about Return of Funds, Rejected payments, Nostro outstanding. • Analyses the root cause if any payment has not been released and instantly checking with the client regarding the balance which mitigated the risk for the future payments being under held. • Ensuring the client satisfaction by highlighting the discrepancy to the client service.
