Installation and engineering of AMHS equipment; mechanical and electrical work for automated material handling systems.

Construction, repair, and maintenance at DILG–NAPOLCOM facility including elevator replacement and office improvements; prepared AutoCAD drawings, conducted daily building inspections, performed basic maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems, coordinated with contractors, prepared reports and purchase requests, handled utility cost-sharing, and supervised a nine-person maintenance team.

Technical site visits to assess ventilation requirements, calculate area coverage, design ventilation using AutoCAD, present airflow layouts and fan capacity calculations, define technical specifications, participate in project bidding, and offer ventilation solutions.

Inspected and monitored mechanical equipment (hoses, cooling towers, solenoid valves, belt pulleys, gearbox oil levels), prepared maintenance supplies for troubleshooting, and managed maintenance reports.
