He promotes continuous improvement in processes and clear workflows to help the company meet its goals while improving overall efficiency. Under his leadership, the Bashundhara Group has implemented modern production methods, automated management systems, and effective supply chains to strengthen its operations. In 2020, he received the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of Bangladesh award for his role in driving economic growth in the country. In 2022, he was honored with the Global Leader of the Year award at an event attended by leaders, diplomats, and business professionals. He was also recognized as the highest taxpayer in the young category for his contribution to the country's financial development. He was named a “Commercially Important Person (CIP)” for his work in the industrial sector.
