Product management and development: NPI 10 auto series products (profit target aimed above 40%) per year, in order to enrich product line, improve profits, and expand business through penetration strategy.
3. Achievements:
(1) Automotive Key Accounts:
- Hotai Automobile: Successfully introduced 3M Refinishing Solutions in Q4 ’12.
- Mercedes Taiwan: Introduced 3M AAD premium grinding and painting solutions.
- Ford : Successfully introduced 3M air purifier and benefit to Ford AM business.
(2) Modern trade:
- Carrefour, RT-Mart, A-Mart: Successfully implemented "buy 1 get 1 free" project (profit 30%) of the best sellers and achieved 30% YOY growth in ’09.
- PChome and Yahoo: Due to good relation maintain with buyers and benefit to the execution of programs, successfully had YOY 240% business growth in '10.
