1) Sending Arrival notices to the customer prior 10 days.
2) Cross checking for container’s ETA / availability on the terminal.
3) Making sure it is fully available for pick up & informing same to STG so they can dispatch the driver.
4) Checking with the STG, for empty container return.
5) Taking calls from the consignee and assisting them with the documentation part, also solving any query related to.
6) coordinating between STG & customer effectively until shipment gets picked up by Consignee.
7) Co-ordinating with the terminal, Exam site & STG whenever console container goes on Exam.
8) Preparing exam charges for individual shipment once we receive invoice from designate party.
9) Checking with customer for ISF status & informing same to the Origin.
10) Updating the Cargo wise with container dates (CTO & CTO storage date, Wharf gate out date, Empty required & Empty return date, CFS & CFS storage date).
11) Creating the Console on the shipment level. For exam example Container discharged at NJ and then it will be move to Chicago via rail through STG warehouse. So console will be created from STG NJ To STG.
12) Updating the routing dates of all shipments on shipment Level on daily Basis.
