such as ServiceNow, HPE OneView Reports, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare Service
Review Meeting document.
. Proactively monitored customers' servers and maintained customer satisfaction score of 5/5
. Worked closely with 4 cross-functional Engineering and Product teams of Synergy, VMware,
Nimble/3PAR, and OneView to resolve product issues, and add enhancements to increase product's
functioning capacity.
. Was instrumental in maintaining the clients' Synergy servers by providing 99.99% up time, reducing
Production outages.
