Expanded the Loan Market network and business partnerships by successfully managing partnerships with 12 banks, multifinance, and other financial services within 1.5 years, recruiting and maximizing the potential of approximately 150 Loan Advisers within a year, developing and achieving sales goals (total gross commission of approximately IDR 100 million per year from total booking loans of approximately IDR 10 billion per year), expanding operations to Bandung, Surabaya, and Surakarta, training personnel, mentoring and evaluating Loan Advisers, collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, and providing feedback to the GM and CEO.
