As a waiter, I was responsible for providing optimal customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries. In this role, I was required to memorize all types of food and drink available, allowing me to provide accurate and prompt information to customers. I also ensured cleanliness and organization in the dining area while collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
In the position of cashier, I efficiently managed transactions, processed payments, and maintained proper cash flow. I accepted payments through QRIS and EDC machines, provided accurate billing information to customers, and resolved any payment discrepancies. Additionally, I ensured the cleanliness and organization of the cash register.
After being promoted to barista, I focused on handling customized beverage orders with the primary goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. I conducted weekly stock audits to ensure the availability of ingredients and maintain service quality. After becoming a barista, I was often scheduled to fill in as a waiter or cashier on different days or shifts, demonstrating my flexibility and commitment to supporting the team.
In all my roles, I strived to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for customers while collaborating with team members to ensure smooth café operations. I also trained new baristas in beverage-making techniques and managed raw material inventory to ensure stock availability.
